Individual Intensives
Individual Intensives are 3 to 4 back-to-back sessions designed for individuals moving through emotional crisis, trauma activation, or a major life change. This format offers immediate, concentrated support—especially when you’re facing a sudden surge of traumatic memories, a painful relationship shift, or feelings that have become too overwhelming to manage on your own.
During an intensive, we explore trauma-related beliefs, patterns shaped by past experiences, and current triggers that may be contributing to distress. This evidence-based approach allows you to process emerging material safely and effectively, while gaining tools to support long-term regulation, clarity, and resilience.
You may benefit if you are experiencing:
A sudden resurfacing of traumatic memories
Feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck in a trauma response
Heightened triggers, panic, or intrusive thoughts
Feel like you “can’t wait” weeks between therapy sessions
Are navigating a breakup, divorce, or major relationship change
A desire for more rapid or focused support than weekly therapy allows
Are unable to function at the level you normally do due to stress or triggers
We will work through a process that helps you:
Identify and challenge trauma-related beliefs
Understand how traumatic experiences shaped your interpretations and self-perceptions
Reduce stuck points that keep you in cycles of fear, shame, or self-blame
Build clarity around your emotional responses
Develop tools for grounding, regulation, and long-term trauma recovery

Family Intensives
Family Intensives provide focused, multi-hour sessions designed specifically for families with adult children. This format supports families navigating estrangement, chronic conflict, or long-standing relational patterns that feel difficult to shift in the context of traditional therapy.
During a Family Intensive, we examine each person’s experience, explore communication patterns, address boundary violations and identify the interaction cycles that contribute to disconnection. This approach allows your family to work through difficult dynamics while building skills that promote long-term understanding, emotional repair, healthier boundaries and renewed connection.
You may benefit if your family is experiencing:
Parents or in-laws repeatedly crossing or ignoring boundaries
Feeling invalidated, dismissed or defensive
Strained relationships, estrangement, or persistent patterns of disconnection
The impact of trauma or untreated mental health challenges
A desire to rebuild trust, connection, or mutual understanding
Repeating patterns of criticism, withdrawal, or emotional shut-down
Notice a family member exhibiting narcissistic, avoidant, or borderline personality traits or behaviors
We will work through a process that helps your family:
Clarify shared goals and increase understanding of each person’s experience
Identify and shift negative patterns
Improve communication and emotional responsiveness
Address boundary violations and create healthier, sustainable relational expectations
Support trauma disclosure and trauma-informed dialogue
Build tools for long-term relational stability, empathy, and connection

Professional Consultation
I support licensed therapists and allied professionals in refining their niche, strengthening their clinical skills, and deepening their understanding of theoretical practice.
Consultation is designed to help you explore complex cases, navigate nuanced situations and lead with great clarity and confidence. Our work together is collaborative and reflective, rooted in sustained growth and genuine transformation—not quick fixes or surface-level strategies.
My intention is to build a trusted partnership with you by honoring your experience, respecting your expertise, and supporting the evolution of your goals and vision that matter most to your practice.
You may find consultation especially helpful if you are a provider who…
Is refining or clarifying their clinical niche
Seeks deeper integration of their theoretical grounding or integrate new frameworks
Wants support navigating complex, layered, or ethically challenging cases
Is working through countertransference or relational themes emerging in treatment
Feels called to strengthen their clinical voice, intuition, or professional identity
Is exploring values-based decision-making in clinical work
Desires ongoing reflection to expand their professional identity and confidence
Is evolving toward new modalities, populations, or areas of specialization
Values depth, collaboration, and sustained professional growth over prescriptive solutions
