Hello, I’m Ronelle Jackson, LIMHP
I’m here to help you move from “just getting by” to an enriching and rewarding life.
I’m convinced there is immeasurable value in every person. Sometimes complications can cloud our view of ourselves and our path forward. With a little time, teamwork, and intentionality, growth is possible.
Every part of your story deserves to be fully seen, heard, and understood.
A bit about my professional background:
Began my professional career as a certified nurse aide in skilled nursing facilities, Alzheimer’s units, and hospice care
During graduate school, I worked as a special education paraprofessional in a high school life-skills classroom supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Completed clinical training in an acute psychiatric inpatient unit
Completed clinical training in a private practice specializing in neurofeedback
I developed and led a mental health department for an Education Service Unit, supporting 16 school districts through system implementation, crisis response, professional development, consultation, and supervision.
Maintained a part-time caseload treating adults navigating trauma, grief, and autoimmune illness, further expanding my experience across diverse therapeutic populations
These experiences have taught me:
Grief is far more layered than a single moment of loss; it is a complex, deeply human response to change, transition, and adversity.
Caregivers hold both remarkable strengths and understandable fears.
Growth emerges when individuals are met with compassion, dignity, and genuine presence.
True transformation arises when structure and attunement work together, integrating the therapeutic connection with evidence-based interventions—rather than relying on quick or superficial solutions.
What you can expect in our work together:
A therapeutic environment rooted in genuineness, curiosity, and supportive collaboration.
An evidence-based, integrative approach that recognizes the interplay of past experiences, present functioning, and future growth.
A process that begins by clarifying your goals, explores the experiences shaping your story, and develops tools that foster new perspectives, resilience, and self-understanding.
You are worth the work!
I am continuously inspired by my clients who choose to sit across from me and welcome light into the dark spaces. I’ve witnessed the progress that comes from taking bold, courageous steps into the unknown. I’ve witnessed people accept their past, cope with their present, and move forward in peace. This process is possible for you, too.
My Values
Let’s be genuine. Through honest conversations, I hope to validate you and enable you to live freely and securely in who you are.
Let’s be curious. I operate from a compassionate curiosity that welcomes anyone from all walks of life to explore their most burning questions. The “whys” of life are difficult, but curiosity will move us forward.
Let’s connect. You matter! Therapy can be challenging. My goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment as you make vital decisions on your path towards healing.
Let’s “dig in.” Your time is valuable, and I want you to get the most out of this experience. As I get to know you, we’ll identify the best approach to help you take steps toward your goal with timely conversations and suitable interventions.
Let’s collaborate. Our partnership is a team-spirited environment where you feel supported in every conversation. My hope is to make you feel empowered by walking alongside you in this journey.
